Got the same twin room with a delightful view booked online, loved that. Its decor was convenient. The location was stunning and super, and we could reach an archaeological museum by walking. All the services were exceptional.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly helpful.

We had the double room which was huge with big bathroom. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and requests were handled quickly. The location was particularly good and gorgeous, close to Gonzales Byass Winery. It was maximum 16 minutes drive to the airport.

Though everything was excellent, some of the staff were abrupt.

The location is in a comfortable and perfect spot in old center of Faro. The rooms are airy and huge, have feather pillows. We spent 3 nights and would stay there again.

The style of the hotel was beautiful with stunning decor that gave it a modern and clean feel. The staff were professional and the service was top-notch. The tour of the bodega was an added bonus and a unique experience. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by historic buildings and offering brilliant views from the rooftop.

the doors to the rooms weren't well-insulated, as we could hear calls being made from reception. The pool was smaller than expected and there were limited sun loungers available.

It took us 16 minutes to drive to this great quality accommodation from the airport. The twin room was stylish, had a laptop safe, central heating and a work desk. We had a delicious meal in the morning and some tasty food at the terrace bar.

Had great stay for two nights. The hotel's position was marvellous, in a quiet area of the old town. Popped in Las Cuadras for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.
